Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Archero 2 mobile application (the "Service") operated by Google Commerce Ltd ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and install a copy of the application on a mobile device that you own or control and to run such copy of the application solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Service may include In-App Purchases that allow you to buy virtual items or currency ("Virtual Goods"). All purchases of Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable. You do not own the Virtual Goods; you purchase a limited, personal, revocable license to use them.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Google Commerce Ltd and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

In no event shall Google Commerce Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
